Because your business doesn't run like everyone else's.
I build custom software for businesses that are done fighting how they currently operate. Usually it's a patchwork of tools, spreadsheets, and manual workarounds just to fill the cracks. So I build something that actually fits.
The platforms. The demos. The consultants. At some point every organization tries to make something work before accepting that nothing quite does.
So you adapt. Your team builds workarounds. Spreadsheets fill the gaps. Staff rely on memory and group chats to hold things together. And the people you hired to do the actual work spend half their time doing admin instead.

“Before we connected, we tried hiring experts, someone on Upwork, and even two other web designers — and we still got nowhere. Most people didn’t really know the system and said it would take too long to figure out.
Then we called Yiti. She was honest that she hadn’t used this platform before, but she said, ‘Let me try,’ and within such a short time, she figured everything out, thought of creative solutions to fit our exact needs.
She gave us so much more than service — She gave us heart. We’re so happy we used her, and we’d totally work with her again if any new needs come up!”
That's not a management problem. It's a systems problem. And the fix isn't another platform.
Some functionality is too specific for any product to have bothered building. A workout timer where individual blocks within a session repeat independently, not just the full routine or a single exercise. A compliance system that updates six near-identical documents in sync. If the gap is real and nothing on the market fills it, I build exactly what's missing.
Sometimes the pieces exist but they conflict with each other. Two tools that each solve part of the problem but can't run at the same time. I build the missing piece: a custom plugin, a bridge, a sync, so everything runs as one connected whole instead of a tangle of conflicting tools.
When the combination of requirements is too specific, too layered, or too high-stakes for any generic tool to handle: multi-location operations, staff with different access levels, processes that don't follow any standard model. I build from scratch. No templates. No workarounds.
I learn how your business actually runs, not how generic software thinks it should.
Before any code is written, you see exactly how it will look and function. You approve it. Then I build.
Built from the ground up to match the way you work. Ready to run exactly as it's meant to.

“What a pleasure to work with Yiti. She made the process smooth. She is approachable and professional.”

“The first thing she did was get my mailing list into an email marketing program so that I could do mass communication.”
Six questions, under two minutes, and you'll know.
Since 2019, I've helped businesses build their online presence, ecommerce stores, websites for service businesses, whatever got them online. I worked with what was already out there: themes, templates, existing platforms. And over and over, I hit the same wall: a client needed something the system just didn't do.
I felt their frustration as much as my own. Enough of that, and it stopped looking like a one-off problem. It became the reason I niched into building custom software from scratch, so no client of mine hits that wall again.

“Put it this way, I’ve been recommending Yiti nonstop since I started working with her. Doesn’t that say it all?!”

“Yiti was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a COMPLETE PLEASURE to work with… the results were quick and perfect.”

“Working with Code A Cloud was a real pleasure… Yiti listened to what I had to say and stayed with me until I was 1000% satisfied.”
Let's talk about what you actually need.
“I have never yet used someone whose work was that outstanding… It is an absolute lottery to get her on board.”
